has
evolved
over
the
past
30 years!
We first
published
it in
1985
from
a students'
union
(NUS)
poster.
It was
originally
called
The
Womens
Liberation
Movement
and
in fact
the
last
line
read
- We
are
part
of the
Women's
Liberation
Movement
.
Its
genesis
was
tracked
down
to 70's
Australia.
Over
the
years
it has
subtly
changed
as the
language
of the
movement
changed
but
the
spirit
has
stayed
the
same.
